Clark scored early and often, taking a 9-0 lead by the fourth inning. Christian Bell led off the first inning with a walk and stole second base. Austin Panhans followed up with an RBI single, scoring Bell. Jared Oswalt then singled, and both runners advanced on a passed ball. Walter Johnstone reached base on a fielders choice, grounding to shortstop who threw to third base to put out Oswalt running to third while Panhans scored. Johnstone stole second and scored on a double by Richard Tordson. In the second inning, Christian Bell again led off with a walk and stole second base. Robbie Chavez then singled to score Bell. Walter Johnstone walked, as did Richard Tordson to load the bases. Sam Arrieta then walked, forcing in Chavez. Robert Hatchett then delivered a two-out RBI single, scoring Johnstone. And finally, Andrew Cochran walked forcing in Tordson. In the third inning with two outs, Walter Johnstone singled and stole second base and scored on a base hit by Richard Tordson. In the fourth, Robert Hatchett led off with a double, and advanced to third base when Daniel Peterson reached base and on an error by the shortstop. Austin Panhans grounded out to the first baseman, scoring Hatchett.

Sam Arrieta pitched four complete innings, giving up no hits and no runs. He struck out nine, walked three and hit two batters. Daniel Peterson closed out the final two inning, preserving the victory. The game was called for expired time limit in the bottom of the sixth inning.
